• 9–12 am arrival (Am Pulvertrum/Faulloch – for sleeping place registration)
• 1 pm memorial for the people who died at the european borders (start: Am Pulvertrum/Faulloch)
• 3 pm opening with music, poetry and speeches
• 5 pm decentralized program (concerts, meetings, exhibitions, theatre etc )
• 10 pm concerts, DJs, cinema etc

Saturday, 5th June 2010

• 10–12 am political Input (central)
• 1–3 pm masquarede
• 3 pm decentral program decentral program on public places but alsin galeries, cinema
• 10 pm party/relaxing

Sunday, 6th June 2010

• 10 am–4 pm children festival and percussion jam session
• parallel discussion about perspectives
• 4 pm presentation of childrens activities and end
